We're excited about the event and are looking forward to hosting you on Tuesday, September 23rd from 3-5pm. This is your official confirmation of attendance at Dover’s fair. Please let us know if your plans have changed. If you are no longer attending Lion City, please respond to this email.
Here are some details of the event:

· The fair will run on Tues, September 23rd, from 3-5pm

· Set up will begin at 2pm with light refreshments available
·
·
·
· We recommend that you arrive no later than 2:30pm as campus gets congested with after-school
· traffic
·
·
·
· Attendees will be Gr11 and 12 students and their parents; the first hour of the fair
· will be reserved for Gr12 students and families only
·
·
·
· The approximate number of attendees is 500
·
·
·
· The fair is oversubscribed (lots of universities registered!) and so we request that
· only one representative from each institution attends
·
·
·
· We also respectfully request that all university representatives are staff of the university
· rather than alumni
·
·
·
· Importantly, we would like to make this fair as sustainable and paper-free as possible,
· so please do not bring any brochures
·

No single-use plastic: We will provide reusable cups and water, and none of our snacks will be in plastic
Paperless: We ask the university and college representatives to use QR codes instead of paper resources. Please do not mail any paper materials or bring them with you.
Plant-based: Our snacks will all be plant-based
