Thank you for registering your interest to attend the Hanoi University Fair 2025 on Wednesday 1 October. We really do appreciate your support and look forward to welcoming you to Hanoi in the next academic year. Thank you for your patience in waiting for our confirmation, it has been a lot more of a busy term than we all imagined.
This is an official email to let you know you have successfully registered and will be considered attending the event unless you let us know otherwise.
Logistics
We will be hosting a similar fair to last year, across two schools. This year we will be at UNIS Hanoi in the morning and BIS Hanoi in the afternoon. The fair will be held on Wednesday 1 October from 9am until 3.15pm.
We will be offering a bus service for representatives, pick-up at two locations (Sheraton Hotel and Hanoi Opera House) in the morning to drop-off at UNIS Hanoi, a bus between UNIS Hanoi and BIS Hanoi, and pick-up at BIS Hanoi to drop-off back at two pick-up locations.
Unfortunately for anyone planning on wearing stiletto heels, these will not be allowed in the UNIS Hanoi venue due to potential damage to the floor, so bring some appropriate non-stiletto footwear please.
Cialfo
As schools that use Cialfo, we will be planning on using the Cialfo platform to collect information on who our students engaged with during the fair. It will be a simple QR scanning exercise as it very common for other fairs, I am sure most of you have attended in the past.
Although, this means that universities and colleges will also need to be added to the platform if you are not already partnered with Cialfo. In order to facilitate this, we will need to share the university contact information you have provided in the form, please let me know if you are desperate for Cialfo to not have your information. We will process this in August so you will receive some instructions on what you need to do before the fair.
Lunch
There will be an option to request a lunch from UNIS Hanoi to have before coming to BIS Hanoi.
Social Event
We will be looking to host a social event the night of, Wednesday 1 October, this will be a good opportunity to get to know each other in a less formal setting and share a few beverages and food together. As counsellors we find we are too busy during the event facilitating our students to hear more about your universities. We hope to have time to do that at this event and tell you a bit about our schools. We will most likely host at Turtle Lake Brewery again.
Workshops
Thank you to those who have indicated different workshops you would like to present at the fair. We will contact you later to confirm if your session is going ahead.
Information (a little more from you)
To ensure our students have the most information, we would like to create a small brochure with which we will need your help with, can you please submit your responses to this MS Form by Friday 1 August 12:00 GMT. Please fill this out as best as you can 😊
Future Communication
There will be further communication about lunch, buses, luggage, Cialfo, and the social event closer to the time.
