GUARANTEED ADMISSION APPLICATION (To be used by applicants from a Massachusetts Community College who are in the final semester of the associate’s degree program and who have a minimum 2.5)

ENROLLMENT INSTRUCTIONS:

Submit this form to the Office of Undergraduate Admission at the beginning of your final semester of your associate degree program at your current institution. Deadlines are June 30 for the fall and November 1 for the spring.
Request an official copy of your academic transcript from all colleges you have attended to be sent directly to Suffolk University.
If seeking credit for Advanced Standing exams such as AP (Advanced Placement) and/or IB (International Baccalaureate), an official score report must be sent from the testing organization directly to Suffolk University.
International students must submit a Confidential Declaration of Finances and a copy of their current I-20 if they decide to enroll at Suffolk University.
Participants applying to the Bachelor of Fine Arts program must submit a portfolio to be considered for direct entry into the BFA program. You will be able to upload your portfolio once you submit your application.
