1. Requests for readmission will be reviewed by the respective school of last attendance, which is either the College of Arts and Sciences or Sawyer Business School. An admission committee, will render a decision based on the student’s previous academic record, contents of the request for readmission, and other relevant factors. If you attended another institution during your time away from Suffolk, official transcripts must be received (if applicable) and processed prior to a decision being made.
2. Use this form if you have previously attended Suffolk University and have been away for more than two semesters or if you have been administratively withdrawn.
3. Students who are on an official leave of absence or who have been out of Suffolk for less than two semesters should not use this form. You should contact the Registrar’s Office for registration information.
4. All financial obligations to the University must be resolved prior to re-admission.

6. Students who have been academically dismissed by Suffolk University should not use this form. You must contact the appropriate academic dean who corresponds with your previous degree program, and file a written petition to apply for re-admission:
