    Suffolk Alumni Volunteering for Undergraduate Admission
    We’re delighted to hear of your interest in volunteering with Suffolk University’s Office of Undergraduate Admission! You and your fellow alumni are such important members of the University community. Suffolk alumni are excellent ambassadors and play an integral role in recruiting new students each year.

    Undergraduate Admission Volunteering Opportunities
    On-Campus Admission Events
    Assist the Undergraduate Admission team during a weekend Open House or Admitted Student Showcase event! Talk with students and families about your personal experiences at Suffolk and in your professional career, provide guidance as they navigate the college admission process, and represent our amazing network of alumni at the Alumni Engagement table.

    Email Outreach to Admitted Students
    Compose a congratulatory email to newly admitted students, sharing your experience at Suffolk as well as sharing your success after graduation. Email campaigns will be coordinated by Admissions, and alumni will only be responsible for providing content and answering any interested student inquiries.

    In-Person College Fair Representation
    Attend a college fair in your local area as a representative of Suffolk University (materials will be provided). You will have the opportunity to educate prospective students on academic programs, student life, and more, meet families and high school staff, and provide important information for admission. A short training is required (video conference/phone option available).

    Virtual Presentations/Events
    Attend a virtual event as an alumni representative of Suffolk University. Examples of volunteer participation could include an alumni success panel, participating as an alumni representative in a panel about a particular major or program, or attending a virtual information session hosted with a specific high school or region alongside members of the Undergraduate Admission Office.
